Women have a harder time sleeping than men. For several reasons, number one, the most important is that we have different physiology, and as we age we start to see changes in hormones that can affect the quality of our sleep, that cause sleep disruption. In addition to that, we have the menstrual cycle, and pregnancy which can also put a challenge on your sleep.

Women also have many demands and expectations. They have worries over, marriage, job, ageing, parents, and caring for children, and all those things can leading to raising thoughts and keep you up at night. So unfortunately, women do have a harder time trying to sleep.
