Hi, I'm Dr. Miller with a simple way to lower your blood pressure. Pour a glass of grape juice. A study of high potensive men found that a couple servings of concord grape juice each day provided a significant drop in blood pressure. Participants strengths 2, 16 ounce serving of the juice daily.

How does the grape juice help your heart? Researchers credit the polyphenols in both grape juice and purple grapes for the blood pressure benefit. These compounds trigger the production of nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels, and lowers the pressure on those vessels. The polyphenols and grapes, grape juice and red wine can also prevent inflammation and decrease platelet production.
