So you want to kick it up a notch? Great! Here's one I love. It's great for the whole body. It works your legs, your core, your arms,
and gets your heart rate up. Here's how to do it. For 20 seconds, do some mountain climbers.
Remember these? We did these in grade school. For the next 20 seconds, do some bodyweight squats.
Then for the next 20 seconds, do some burpees if you can. If you're not sure what a burpee is, here's what they look like.
Move down like this, do a push up, bring your legs forward, and then stand and jump. That's one.
But if a burpee is too difficult, no worries. Just sub it out for marching or running in place. Rest for 30 seconds or a little longer if you'd like,
then do it again. Start with 10 minutes and see how you do. You can add more time as you get stronger.
