Aerobic exercise is rewarding. Do 10 minutes today and soon you'll be able to 12. Then 20, then 30, and beyond.
Soon you go a little faster, and after that faster still. But it doesn't happen with a snap. Sometimes, it's, well, a little uncomfortable.
We huff. We puff. Our muscle's are sore and our body is screaming. That's OK, because that was a big hill you just climbed,
wasn't it? And the next time it won't feel quite so bad. Soon enough, your body will be ready for the next challenge.
Nobody ever said that every step was going to be easy, but you're strong enough to keep going.
