Quick at-home cardio workout

[UPBEAT MUSIC]
Looking for a simple and effective cardio workout you can do at home? These two moves can help get your heart rate up.
Jump ropes aren't just for kids. In fact, skipping rope is a great way to build your fitness level. You can start slow and gradually increase
the intensity of your workout, jumping faster for longer intervals. Jumping rope can strengthen your calf muscles and improve your coordination.
If you don't have a jump rope, no worries. You can use an air rope and go through the motions as if you were holding one, like this.
Another great move to try-- High Knees. Start by jogging in place, but be sure to stay on the balls of your feet.
Then exaggerate the motion, bringing your knees up as high as you can. You'll feel your heart pumping in no time.
