Exercise is actually very important for people with Psoriatic Arthritis, and it's a little bit counter intuitive because you think, my joints hurt, the last thing I want to do is start moving around and having higher impact on my joints, but it's actually something that can make you a very big difference.

So I counsel all my patients with Psoriatic Arthritis to go do exercise, and to even do a physical therapy regiments so they can learn what they need top be doing. For one the low impact exercises keep your joints limber, and keep your muscles limber preventing them from becoming stiff and will keep them feeling better and also if you are doing the right sort of training, you can keep all of your muscles and your joints aligned in the right alignment, it's going to decrease the pain as well.
