What Is Zen?
Zen is a way of being or a way of life, rather than a task you need to achieve. In this video, meditation specialist Andy Puddicombe discusses the benefits of meditation, and how integrating feelings of awareness into your daily life promotes zen.

So zen is more of a way of being, a or a of life,
rather than something that you need to do. So very often, people think sort of zen, right OK. I need to go and lock myself away for an hour and meditate.
First thing to say is we do meditate. Sort of as little as 10 or 15 minutes can make a really big difference.
But it's more about how you integrate that sense of being present, being aware, into your everyday life, into everyday activities.
So rather than adding something additional to try and squeeze into an already busy day, instead you're actually simply incorporating
this into whatever it might be. It could be housework. It could be working in an office, driving to and from work, anything at all.
Wherever our mind is, we have the opportunity to practice zen.
