What is the survival rate of stage II colon cancer?

Stage II colon cancer is very treatable and often curable. Because it hasn't spread beyond the colon wall, surgery can often cure 70 to 90 percent of stage II colon cancer cases. The survival rate at five years is over 90 percent.
