How long should an endurance workout last?

An endurance workout should last at least 20 minutes, and you should land somewhere in the middle of the rate of perceived exertion (RPE) scale with your intensity. In other words, you’re working hard but can still chat up your treadmill neighbor. Fit in your endurance cardio at least three days a week for optimal weight loss and cardiovascular response.
