The Spectrum breast implant is an implant for the unsure. Its size can be adjusted for six months following surgery. The adjustment is made through a small valve placed under the skin to the side of the implant. The valve is a double-edged sword -- it can potentially leak or be felt. The implant is more expensive than standard implants. Besides, size issues really should be hammered out before the procedure, not after.
