answer

Orgasms feel different for each person, but many men describe orgasms in similar ways. The first feeling is usually one of warmth or pressure. This feeling is what's called ejaculatory inevitability, meaning the point at which a man cannot stop himself from ejaculating. Then, men often feel a very pleasurable pumping feeling, which is caused by muscle contractions in the genital area. Quickly following the pumping feeling, men feel a warm, shooting sensation as semen travel out the urethra.
