What do male orgasms feel like?

Orgasms feel different for each person, but many men describe orgasms in similar ways. The first feeling is usually one of warmth or pressure. This feeling is what's called ejaculatory inevitability, meaning the point at which a man cannot stop himself from ejaculating.
