Doing abs exercises won't burn belly fat, but they will make your core stronger. That's a good thing, because it helps with posture
and tightens everything up. Your abdominal muscles are like other muscles. You put them to work, and then they grow stronger when they're at rest.
The plank is a great exercise. Put your hands and toes on the floor like a push up. Keep your back flat and your behind down,
and hold that position for as long as you can. Try to add a few seconds every time you do it. Do two or three planks at a time, two or three days a week.
