One of the best ways to burn fat is to add muscle. Why? Because muscle uses your body's fuel to keep working.
When you have more muscle, that muscle burns off fuel, which often comes in the form of fat. That's why strengthening exercises,
like squats and push-ups are so important. Do those a couple of times a week, along with aerobic exercise. And it's a 1, 2 punch to belly fat.
Now, you also have to eat well, by focusing on healthy and whole ingredients. A little extra muscle might be nice to show off
in tank tops and bathing suits. But the super power of muscles lies in its ability to help your metabolism.
You can't hide fat with more muscle. But you sure can burn fat with more muscle.
