Try this move to target your core
Transcript
[UPBEAT MUSIC]
Your core muscles, as well as your hips, glutes, and lower back help stabilize your body. It's how you're able to balance and move in any direction.
A great move to build a stronger core is called a Leg Raise. Here's how you do that.
Lie down on the floor on your back. Place your hands under your glutes with your palms facing down.
Your legs should be straight, not bent at the knees. Now, slowly raise your legs until they
are perpendicular to the floor. Then slowly lower them back down. You want to be sure that during this move
your lower back stays flat on the ground, OK? Repeat 10 to 15 times.
