3 simple moves for arm toning
Follow these simple moves for your next arm workout.

Hey, I'm Coach Princess. Here are three simple moves that you can do each day to tone your arms. For these, you'll need a set of light weights
or even small household items. Let's start with arm circles. This move targets your triceps, biceps, shoulders, and back.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended straight out to sides at shoulder height. Keeping shoulders down, do 20 small backward arm circles.
Switch directions. Do 20 forward arm circles.
So now we're going to move on to double bicep curls. Keep your elbows in close to your torso and your shoulders down and away from your ears to keep your biceps engaged
during this exercise.
Great. Now we're moving on to tricep kickbacks. Now, I'll start by bending over while standing.
Keep a slight bend in your knees and your spine long. Roll your arms in, keeping your elbows locked to the side of your torso like this.
Lift and lower your weights up towards the ceiling without moving your elbows. Do this exercise slow and controlled.
Now, again, you want to make sure that your navel is pulled in towards your spine and your elbows are hugged into your torso.
