Spinach is loaded with Vitamin K, Vitamin A, manganese, folate and magnesium. It is also a good source of fiber, calcium, iron and is low in calories. Spinach contains many flavanoids which work as antioxidants. Spinach has also been shown to improve cardiovascular function, combat ovarian and prostate cancer, and improve brain function.

Blueberries are rich sources of antioxidants such as anthocyanin, vitamin C, vitamin A, copper, selenium, zinc and iron. A recent study has shown that blueberries might help fight belly fat and improve cardiovascular function. They have also been shown to improve memory, preserve vision, retain urinary tract health, cancer.
