A lot of women ask me, what is Perimenopause. It tends to be the 2-10 years before you stop having your periods. So, that could be anywhere from age 35 to 55 depending on the woman, and it tends to be accompanied by a lot of changes, hormonal changes and changes how you feel. Usually the first sign of Perimenopause is something's different about your period.

It's either a little heavier, a little lighter, it comes two days earlier or it's five days later, it's something different. And then you will also might start to notice subtle changes with your P and that's time of the month or hot flashes.
