Well we should avoid going to the grocery store when we're hungry, because the fact is when we're hungry, we are going to pick up anything that is in our way.
And we are hungry, we're going to go pick up too much of something, or we're going to actually pick up the wrong kinds of foods.
A recent study that came out in the Journal of the American Medical Association pointed out that people who go to the grocery store hungry buy less healthy food.
So not only are we potentially buying more food, we're actually buying food that's less healthy for us. So if you eat a little snack before you go to the grocery
store, you'll curb your appetite and you'll actually make smarter choices and actually buy less for your home and save some money.
