Diet is very important in chronic fatigue syndrome. Especially important would be avoiding sugar, as this aggravates low blood sugar from adrenal fatigue, Candida/yeast overgrowth in the gut, and nutritional deficiencies. Also very important is increasing water and salt intake. In addition, most people feel better eating a high-protein low-carb diet. But everyone is different, so try different dietary combinations of these to see which makes you feel the best.
