Some people also experience chronic fatigue syndrome with an array of cold-like symptoms such as a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, nausea, earache, dry mouth, or fever. Psychological symptoms may include depression, anxiety, social isolation, irritability, mental stress, or even panic attacks.
