You’ll experience weight loss, better blood sugar levels, decreased triglycerides, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, stronger muscles, an improved physique, and so much more. All of this is accompanied by a mental aspect of feeling better about yourself, and as you start to see results, your accomplishments. When you feel better and positive about who you are and what you’re doing, and what you’ve done to accomplish your goals thus far, the rest follows.
