answer

An orgasm is not the same thing as ejaculation, although the two often occur together. An orgasm is the climax of sexual arousal, or the release of built-up sexual tension that's felt throughout the body. Ejaculation, on the other hand, involves the release of fluid that has collected during sexual activity. The two often happen at the same time, but in some cases, a man can orgasm without ejaculating. Ejaculation is most common in men, who release sperm-filled semen from the penis during ejaculation. It may be possible for some women to ejaculate, too, though women obviously don't produce semen.
