Fast-acting inhaler is what we call a rescue inhaler and every asthma person at risk for asthma needs to have a rescue inhaler to reverse the asthma immediately. A bronchodilator, the controller medications are inhaled corticosteroid compounds and those for long acting symptom relief and those are used daily for people with persistent symptoms such as as those with two or more days a week.
