Hi, I'm Dr. Miller. Here's some great anti-aging foods from around the world. Try beans and rice for breakfast, that's how residents of Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula start their day, and they are four times more likely than most North Americans to live pass age 90. Be like a Greek, opt for lots of veggies and very little meat. On some Greek islands, one third of the residents have already celebrated their 90th birthday, their longevity secret, the famed Mediterranean diet which boosts abundant fruit, vegetables, beans and olive oil. Eating lots of vegetables accounts for 16% of the youth power of Mediterranean eating. Try some tofu, it's a staple on the Japanese island of Okinawa, where many residents age gracefully to a 100 plus, more often than anywhere else on earth.
