Get a buddy
Breaking an addiction can be hard—and emotionally taxing. Don’t do it by yourself. Use the support of someone close to you, as well as someone who is going through or has gone through the same thing, to help you navigate the rough waters.

[MUSIC PLAYING]
Creating this new habit all by yourself is sort of like trying to row a boat with only one oar.
It's hard to get anywhere. One of the best tools to help you reach your goal is the help of a friend or loved one, a crewmate.
One who can hear you, motivate you, hug you. Ask that person if they can be your person and welcome them aboard.
Go to them when you need something. Maybe it's a pep talk, or maybe it's just a text that says, you got this. You can do it.
But you'll have a much better chance of succeeding if you can do it with someone. So find your crewmate and row together.
