So toxic worry is worry that's gone overboard.
Here's the thing, we all worry. We worry and sometimes that actually is helpful because it motivates us to make positive change.
Toxic worry becomes toxic when you can't control it, when you're worrying and other people aren't, when you get on this hamster wheel of worry that you can't get off.
And the worry adversely affects your psychological health, your physical health, your relationships, your life.
