Welcome.
This is Donna D'Cruz, and I'm going to guide you through this wonderful journey,
letting go of your fears, letting go of your anxiety,
letting go of any of those stories that limit you.
Allow yourself to feel the ground beneath you.
Allow yourself to feel this incredible, powerful nature
all around you, the light popping in and out,
the trees and the leaves all around.
Feel the warmth, the vitality, the welcoming Earth,
ready to receive and to help you transform.
So sit comfortably you can sit in a chair. You can sit on the floor.
You can sit up in your bed, maybe in a quiet space in, your office, or school,
whatever suits you best. Just allow yourself to feel the strength and suppleness
of your body, allowing these thousands of thoughts we have every day to come and go, beyond judgment,
beyond your fears. It is your right to be calm, to be relaxed,
to be [INAUDIBLE] out. You can choose to let go of your fear, of your anxiety.
Let's do that together. This is your sacred time. This is your space.
This is your journey. It's time to release your burdens.
Inhaling, I receive. Exhaling, I release.
I release my anxiety. I release my fear.
I release any panic. I welcome peace.
I welcome stillness. I invite quiet.
I am in control of my feelings. I choose to untether myself from my fears.
I allow negative energy to be released.
I let it go. I am comfortable with letting negativity go.
I am the creator of a peaceful, relaxed, panic-free life.
