and here is a one minute meditation becoming aware of experience.
Just look at this waterfall on the screen and try and experience it through all the five senses.
Color, shapes, forms, the sounds, the smells,
the textures as you touch the tree and the greenery and any sensation.
And then turn within and say to yourself, who or what is having this experience?
I am the timeless seer in the midst of time bound scenery.
Just knowing this and reinforcing this to yourself that the seer is ever the same
in the midst of the changing scenery and your body mind and the world are part of the scenery
is a good reminder to be in touch with your soul. The awareness beyond body and mind.
