My name is Russell Wynwood. I'm 59 years old. Today we're going to talk about COPD.
Suffocating because that's how you feel. That we did it to ourselves, and that could
be because of how we got COPD. But that's not fair. I'd never heard of it before.
I had to go home and ask Dr. Google what COPD was. I knew it was bad, but I didn't know what the outcome was going to be.
Think about good things. Plan good things. And those bad days, take them with a grain of salt. Know
that the next day is going to be better. You need to reach out to a doctor. You need help. And the longer you leave it, the harder things will get.
