answer

People with celiac disease cannot consume any gluten, an element in wheat, barley, and rye. Because of this aversion, it is often hard for people with celiac disease to get enough carbohydrates since many food products contain gluten. However, individuals with celiac disease can also get carbohydrates and grain nutrients from wild rice, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, flax, whole corn, millet, sorghum, and teff. In addition to these foods, many food stores now carry gluten-free products that can supply you with the carbohydrates and nutrients you need.
