Enjoy this yoga pose to help lighten your stress and relax your lower back.

Are you sitting most of the day? Do you have lower back pain, or even just stress? If the answer to any of the above is yes,
take a few minutes to stretch and relax your back. Here's a great way to do it. If you're familiar with yoga, get into what's
called Child's Pose, like this. Relax your hips. Reach with your arms.
Nice. Try not to worry about how far you can go. Do what's comfortable for you. Can you feel that?
It's good, right? Try to hold the pose for three to five minutes, taking deep breaths. Relax and feel your back and body release that tension.
