The Cat Pose can help you feel more relaxed. And it has an added bonus, it can help ease lower back pain.
Here's how to do it. We're going to start in what's called the neutral position. Get down on your hands and knees.
Your hands should be directly under your shoulders, and your knees should be directly under your hips. If you want, you can roll up a blanket
to put under your knees to prevent knee pain. Now, spread your fingers apart. Keep your back flat and horizontal to the ground.
Your neck should be straight in line with your spine so that your eyes are looking down at the floor. Inhale, then lift up from your belly.
And then exhale while rounding your back and rotating your pelvis down, just like a cat.
Press down with your hands and press the middle of your back up towards the sky or a ceiling. As you do this, curl your head down too,
so you're now looking between your knees, like this. Return to the neutral position and repeat this move 10 to 15
