If you spend a lot of your day sitting, your butt in your back hold a lot of stress. Every so often, get up.
It's as simple as this. Put your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart. Now bend your hips and reach for the floor.
Keep your knees loose but not bent, definitely not locked, and keep your back as straight as you can. You feel that?
As you stretch, you can move your hands a little closer to the floor or even reach between your legs. But don't overextend yourself.
Do what you can. You should feel the stretch, but it shouldn't hurt. Try to do this a few times a day. It might not seem like it, but your muscles
are working really hard. So stretch and show them some love.
