You've probably seen this move, right? The plank? It's an easy one. Here, check this out. Just keep your toes and elbows on the ground
and your back flattened. We want to make a straight line from head to toe-- no hunching! A plank is a great way to tighten up your core.
One way I try to make it fun is by tracking the time I can hold the position. When I first started, I could barely do it for 10 seconds.
Now I can do it for a little over a minute. It's not a world record or anything, but it's progress. Try doing a plank three times a week
and keep track of your times. Soon you'll notice improvements. And that means you're getting stronger.
