Inchworms are another great move that can help strengthen your upper body. Here's how to do them.
Stand with your feet together or slightly apart. Exhale and bend forward as if you were going to touch your toes.
Try not to bend your knees too much. Keep going until you can place the palms of your hands on the floor.
Now, walk your hands forward without moving your feet. Keep going until you reach a push-up position.
Do one full push-up, lowering your chest and hips down to the floor. Then press back up.
Slowly walk your hands back towards your feet. Repeat this move 10 to 15 times.
