answer
There are lots of different options to pour over your morning cereal these days -- all with slightly different nutrient profiles.

Cow’s milk has just over 8 grams of protein per cup (8 oz.). Goat’s milk is comparable at about 8.5 grams per cup. Buffalo milk is not very common in the United States but it delivers 9 grams of protein per cup.

When it comes to vegan and non-dairy “milk” beverages, soy milk is the clear winner with 7 grams of protein per cup. Hemp, almond and rice varieties are all very low in protein at just 1-2 grams per cup.
