It's important to include protein in the breakfast because it's going to give you energy to get you through your whole day. To do those things that you have to do and to do those things that you need to do. And when you combine proteins, with complex carbohydrates you get the feeling of fullness, you get energy to get you through your day and, you also get your muscle building potential from the protein, and of course the more muscle you have in the body, the more actively and more efficiently you're able to burn fat.

So you can't lose this way.
