I think some of the eating habits that contribute the weight gain really the top the list are eating straight from a bag or a box you are sitting at the television and you are snacking on the cookies or you're snacking on the chips, that's a biggie, the other thing is eating with others, when you sit down to a meal with other people you tend to eat with their pace and so if someone is pigging out, you pig out.

That can more calories and the other thing of course is multi-tasking, you're driving the car, you're watching television, you're sitting at the computer and all the while you're still reaching into that back of the box, that bottomless pit of a container and you're into aware of the amount of calories that you're consuming.
