So picky eating is something we often
associate with children, but it can be something that translates and carries over into adulthood. So one of the things that would be really beneficial in helping
people trying new foods is just exposing them to them. Generally, there's a reason we don't like certain foods. Maybe there's a childhood memory.
Maybe it's a texture thing. Maybe there's a reason we just don't like it. But then we have categorized all foods that are like that in that space.
So maybe taking a step back, exposing yourself to it, trying a little bite. Maybe just being around the smell of it.
It still might not mean you eat it all the time, but just having more options could be beneficial and helpful for you.
