How Can I Heal My Negative Body-Image Issues?

When we put down our body, when we go after our own body image, when we engage in the fat talk and some ways we are kind of playing the same tape over and over again in our minds. The fact is you can swap that tape that out but you need something to replace it with and that's where you want to learn healthy thoughts.

The healthy affirmations in a way to talk about yourself in terms of, instead of I am fat, how about, I'm a great friend, I'm a terrific mother, I care deeply about the people around me. It's hard to make that shift right away, but I challenge everyone out there, this morning, as they head out the door to go do whatever it is that they need to do, look in that a mirror and say, I am me and I'm beautiful inside and out.
