So, really, the quickest way to feel better--
to get out of a bad mood-- is to actually go through it and feel it. People want to feel better but, really, you need to get better at feeling.
If you feel something fully and deeply, you'll be able to move on. Where we get stuck is when we don't want to feel anxious, we don't want to feel sad, and we push it down.
And then we really get stuck in those moods. So you're better off having a good cry and then moving on, than trying not to cry.
