So anger management is something
we all need to be doing, but some of us do it better than others. So people that have problems with anger management often have an underlying sense of irritability,
more often than not. They react strongly to different situations that might not need that kind of reaction and they might not
be able to bring their heart rate down or feel calm. They kind of feel like they're always ready and are very snappish.
So when we notice that somebody is really not able to just engage in a conversation without snapping or having an irritable reaction,
we want to check in and see if everything's OK. Because if that goes on for a long period of time, we know that the anger outbursts can get worse
