Some natural treatment for a panic attack are often hard to find and once you have them they really work. So one of the things that I often recommend is, you have to figure out how to regulate your breathing, panic speeds you up it speeds up your breathing, so I often recommend that, clients carry a balloon around, which helps them really figure out how to control their breathing.
You cannot blow up a balloon without having controlled breathing, so it's better than a paper bag which we use in the past for hyper ventilation because it allows you to really control it, slow it down, get grounded and be able to think more clearly about what you want to do next in order to address the major start to panic.
