So Omega-3 fatty acids wow something that's easy to do and get into our diet we have known for a while that Omega-3 fatty acids play a role in health but a great new study showed that in older women followed over eight years, those had higher levels of Omega-3 in their system had a less of a chance to shrink into autophry of their brain, especially the area of the brain that's most responsible for learning, so that kind brain shrinkage of our brain tissue we see it in normal aging, and it's also something we see more dramatically in Alzheimer's disease, so what the study shows is we should eat more of that stuff that contains Omega-3 is like cold water, sources of fish, get more salmon, herrings, sardines those kinds of fish in our diet, say three times a week, and if we really don't want to eat the fish or we can't get that into our diet, take a daily supplement of about 1000 IU's of omega-3.
