with these four tips.
Pass on paper receipts. Decline the receipts at self-serve gas stations and ATM machines.
You don't need all that clutter in your wallet. You'll also cut exposure to Bisphenol A, BPA.
It's a hormone-disrupting chemical linked to heart disease, diabetes, and birth defects that those receipts have.
Skip red meat. Two pounds of beef create more greenhouse gas emissions than driving your car does for three hours.
Eating less red meat also makes your heart younger and makes diabetes and colon cancer less likely.
And get out more. This makes your blood pressure lower and improves your mood.
Or you can start an organic garden. This keeps groundwater cleaner.
