What is a 12-week walking program for a beginner?

A 12-week program will depend largely on your base fitness level.  If you would like further detail the program listed below, please contact me so we can discuss further specifics:

  • Week 1 – Walk 15-20 minutes 2-3 times per week
  • Week 2-3 walk 25-30 minutes 2-3 times per week
  • Week 4-5 walk 30 minutes 3-4 times per week
  • Week 6-9 walk 35-45 minutes 3-5 times per week
  • Week 10-12 walk 40-60 minutes 4-6 times per week.
