Will the benefits from doing barre exercises go away when I'm on vacation?


No, they won’t go away during vacation, unless you become sedentary for a prolonged period of time. It takes time for you to develop fitness and just as long for that fitness to fade if you’re inactive. If you go on vacation for a week or 2 weeks you will not lose all of your fitness gains during that short time period. Avoid becoming sedentary will on vacation by engaging in activities such as walking, hiking, jogging, or swimming.
