What is boogie boxing?

Boogie boxing is a fitness class that combines strength training, cardio, martial arts movements, and Latin and dance moves together into a fitness class that challenges your aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, strength, agility, and coordination. It started in California but is expanding across the nation.
