How do I perform a staggered-stance medicine ball chest pass?

Stand in front of a wall with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed in a staggered-stance position, keep your back leg straight and your front leg bent. Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level with your elbows flexed. Push and release the ball toward the wall as hard as possible. Do not allow your shoulders to shrug as you throw the ball. Catch the ball as it returns to you and repeat as quickly as possible with control.
