Stand with your body turned 90-degrees to the speed ladder. Stand in a staggered stance with one foot in the first box in the speed ladder. Jump slightly, scissor kicking and bringing the lead foot out of the box while replacing it with the opposite foot. Move sideways to the next box, scissor kicking your feet again. Move down the ladder repeating the scissor kick twice in each box so that each foot is placed in the box once. Repeat the Ali shuffle in the opposite direction.
